Most engineers learn to use the machine. I built the machine. The CNC router that cut the frames, the laser engraver that prototyped the parts, the robots that won the competitions: all built, not bought. That is the gap I close between digital design and physical reality.
CNC machining, 3D printing, laser cutting. Built and operated full fabrication workflows from G-code to finished part. Not just operating machines; designing and commissioning them.

Build & Integration
Full-scale 3D printed humanoid robot based on the open-source InMoov platform. Over 20 servos, custom electronics harness, and voice-interaction integration. Showcased publicly at multiple events.
Design, Build & Commission
3-axis CNC router built entirely from scratch. Designed the structural frame, sourced and wired the motion control electronics, configured GRBL firmware, and developed the G-code workflow. Still in daily use.
